Murray is a highly experienced psychotherapist with a wide range of clinical experience including the NHS, charity run services, hospices, leading private therapy providers and private practice. He works with individuals and couples with relationship and psychosexual issues as well as other life challenges. His approach is integrative with a distinct emphasis on existential psychotherapy.

His experience is drawn from working with a wide range of issues, including: sexual relations, bereavement, trauma, rape, life-threatening illness, violence (both domestic and social), addiction, parental issues, couple and family concerns, personal and life challenges, as well as a diverse mix of mental health challenges such as depression, bi-polar, suicide and chronic fatigue and pain.

Murray is also the UK spokesperson on Men's Issues for COSRT and provides regular psychotherapeutic insights to a number of relationship advisors and writers at the Observer, Huffington Post and more.In his wider working life, Murray has worked as a schoolteacher, school counsellor, aerobics instructor/personal trainer and advertising Creative Director in some of London’s leading agencies.
